Tinjauan Hukum Islam terhadap Pengalihan Objek Akad Ijarah dalam Menjahit Pakaian (Studi Kasus di Desa Mrisen Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Demak)

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the practice of transferring the object of the ijarah contract in sewing clothes in Mrisen Village, and the views of sharia economic law. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that, first, the practice of transferring ijarah contract objects in sewing clothes in Mrisen Village occurs when orders for sewing are very large, especially when entering a new school year. However, in transferring the object of the ijarah contract, Mrs. Anis did not inform the consumers. When there are consumers who complain about the seams, Mrs. Anis will be responsible for repairing the seams of the clothes. Second, the view of sharia economic law regarding the transfer of the object of the ijrah contract is that it is permissible, because Ms. Anis has fulfilled the requirements and ruku, and there is no problem for the party concerned. Ibu Anis also applies the principle of responsibility.
