Kajian Fikih Muamalah terhadap Sistem Komisi dalam Program Tiktok Affiliate (Studi Kasus pada Pengguna TikTok Affiliate)

Abstract


This research aims to understand the mechanism of commission distribution in the TikTok affiliate program and to study the fikih muamalah perspective on the commission system in the TikTok affiliate program. The method used in this research is field research of a qualitative approach, utilizing primary data sources obtained through observation techniques within the TikTok application and interviews with TikTok affiliate users. Based on the results of the conducted research is the affiliate and commission distribution mechanism in the TikTok application involves several stages, starting from establishing cooperation through registration to commission distribution to affiliates. The commission distribution system in the TikTok affiliate program falls under the concept of ju'alah, which is an agreement for rewarding work performed. In this case, it is related to commissions paid when a successful purchase is made. The promotion period is not specified, the person performing the work is not limited, and there is no binding employment contract. In practice, it can be considered compliant with fikih muamalah since the pillars and conditions of ju'alah have been fulfilled, including the presence of contracting parties, the work provided, and the promised compensation.
